iMedX delivered on our requirements and we went live as planned. The iMedX team are professional in their approach with a high level of customer service, both on-site at Parkville and Sandringham, and with remote support. The iMedX solution enables us to have a complete electronic workflow for outpatient letters from dictation, through to transcription, and secure distribution. A positive outcome has been an improved turnaround time in communicating with our GPs. A future advantage of iMedX is proven integration with our EMR that will be implemented in in 2020.
