Our DHB has been very happy with iMedX as one of our core outsourcing Transcription vendors. They perform particularly well in the areas of; managing the on-boarding and training of Medical Typists, managing the QA control of work produced for our organisation which is of high quality, managing the workload and volume fluctuations of any daily/weekly transcription which we send them and building and working on custom interfaces with our various technical teams.
