Our website and emails are changing, but our people, service, and quality are not!

In 2019 iMedX will be completing the final phase of the OzeScribe acquisition in Australia by phasing out the OzeScribe brand. This is to better align the branding across multiple Clinical Information solutions which we offer in Australia, New Zealand and the United States – not just transcription!

What is changing?

Our website address and email addresses will both be changing to reflect the iMedX brand. Our new website will be accessible at imedx.com/au. Our emails will change to abc@imedx.com.

What will happen if send an email to an @ozescribe.com.au address?

Your emails will still be answered as all contact points will have your messages automatically forwarded to their respective @imedx.com address. You will receive a response from an @imedx.com address.

What will happen if I visit an ozescribe.com.au web page?

You will automatically be sent to the new page on imedx.com/au that matches what you were looking for on the old website. To avoid a slight delay which occurs from forwarding we recommend you update any bookmarks to the new imedx.com/au webpage. However, that is not required.

What else is changing?

Nothing! The locally managed Australian operations team based in Melbourne will remain unchanged and continue to manage your service across all sales, account management, invoicing and support roles! Similarly, our phone and fax numbers will remain unchanged.
