Since we have migrated to iMedX I have an extremely content unit when it comes to communication/letters from both the medical and nursing staff. As Head of Department we want processes which are hassle free, and keep all our staff happy – iMedX has definitely fulfilled this! – definitely one of the best decisions I made when I redesigned the unit.

Our DHB has been very happy with iMedX as one of our core outsourcing Transcription vendors. They perform particularly well in the areas of; managing the on-boarding and training of Medical Typists, managing the QA control of work produced for our organisation which is of high quality, managing the workload and volume fluctuations of any daily/weekly transcription which we send them and building and working on custom interfaces with our various technical teams. They are an extremely professional and customer focussed company.
